  Very very unorganized staff... There is no communication within the department. Loosing medical records, messing up appointment times, cant even run the right test for the patient.....cant keep up with the appointments...HORRIBLE MANAGiNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yea, They messed up my appointments 3 times. I showed up there and they said I wasn't in for that day when I asked then which day it was; they couldnt even tell... Like seriously?!?! . Even thou I know my appoinment was made for that specific time and day. My son was supposed to get his cholesterol lvl checked early in the morning; we were asked to bring him in without food for his appointment so they can detect his cholesterol. We showed up to the appointment and apparently they didnt even run the right frigging test to check his cholesterol!!!!!!! When I talked to the nurse on the phone she had no results and telling me that she didn't even run the blood test. Apperantly She did the urine test instead... Like a frigging joke!!!!!!!! . I was so upset with her and asked her "why did u even ask me to bring him without food in the first place" ? She says i don't know I didn't make the appointment for you. I am like beyond frustration.... One of your nurses called me to make this appointment for this specific reason which was his cholesterol lvl. Dr Landon ordered this. İt was made 5 weeks ago for this day... Like wtf!?!? I ended up starving my son for 2 hours for nothing... Now after waiting 5 weeks to go that one important appointment; and when u are worried sick about your child well- being ; then dealing-with unprofessional staff like these ones here in this office; I wanna call it a frigging circus instead really! ; SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!' with this last incident I was done . I am so done with your messy , unprofessional work. I don't think I will ever get over it. You guy need serious staff change, like URGENT!!!!!! Especially your dysfunctional wanna be nurses!!!!
